Re: Should our character's be limited by we, the players?

Small talk near a fire in The Dragon Reach.

The rustlings of the tavern grew louder as Sarvonte' sipped on his wine near the fire. His gaze met the eyes of one of the 'mistress' maids that tended to the male patrons, especially the ones with the most coin. He gave his smile that he shows to so many, and turns to some of the others that are ...

A shadow servant of Kelemevor followed her.

It grew cold. Not the misty wet wind that normally blew thru the woods of the camp, but an icy chill that could be felt thru every nerve. Even the camps fire could not bring warmth to the companions that spoke in the center of the camp.
Sarvonte'

My story ye ask? Hah! Is one of many my friends. With many turns and twists it is, as the sea in a storm. My life began from those with much passions and zest for life, breaking the rules of their cultures. Many were against my mother, the most beautiful maiden for humans as much as elves. She ...

Re: This door requires a key to open

For the rogue, I have to say that he may be needed for a DM ran quest. You never know when you might need one to picklock thru a door to sneak into the drows chambers or whatever. Even though the Appraise skill does not work by said rules, does not mean you might not have a use for it in a DM run ...

A thread of the events of the battle...

There were many who could not make it because of real life events, and many who tried to get in but could not. I think it would be nice for someone(s) to write a description or recap of what happened if possible. Wether by DM(s) or Player(s). If for no other reason than too add to the background of ...

Not sure, but wasn't there a chart for charisma in one of the editions of AD&D? I don't remember where I saw it, maybe Dragon magazine did it.
