Dyer Moore enters the Wayfarer, he places several pieces of paper on the table.
The topmost sheet reads.
I have agreed to scout Gurak Torg and report back Orc activity to Isendar.
I only know that it is somewhere NW of the Dale.
I would like to have a better idea of how to enter the valley
and how many leagues walk it may be before I begin a scouting trip.
The townsfolk only seem to know it is somewhere north.
I was hoping to ask travelers passing thru the Dale, but alas I have
not seem any in a long time. I know not why so few travel the roads of late.
I am hoping that a traveler staying here at the Wayfarer can write
out some general directions on one of the sheets of paper. I am familiar
with the Quarry Road and the road to the Vineyard.
Sincerely
Dyer Moore.

Re: Scouting Gurok Torg
Dyer enters the Wafarer and adds another page to his note:
I have learned the whereabouts of Gurok Torg.
I fear going into Orc country alone.
I may gather my courage if a strong companion would join me.
I am looking for a companion who can move
silently and carefully in the woods.
I hope to avoid any Orc's that may be in the valley.
I suspect they have poor vision and will not see us if
we move carefully.
I expect this to be a four day journey.
One day to the abandoned homestead shack where we would spend the night.
The second day we would travel into and scout the valley.
We would camp the second night in the valley hopefully in an out of site alcove.
The third day we would return to the abandoned homestead shack.
On the forth day we would return to the Dale.
Alternatively we could meet at the abandoned homestead shack.
Leave a note if you are interested in this scouting mission.

Re: Scouting Gurok Torg
Dyer adds to his previous note:
I have scouted into Gurok Torg.
Part Way up the valley I saw deep boot marks in the soil. I then saw in the haze at least one heavily armored Orc Warrior. There may have been three. I retreated before they saw me.
I have no further interest in exploring in that valley.
Signed
Dyer Moore
