Re: Elaith and Elrith
Talent. Indeed...
I am impressed. Shy's is obviously classic pencil-work, line-art.
However, Lia, is that actual water-color? Or are you employing a tablet? i.e. Wacom, etc...?
Stunning stuff.

Both
I did all the shading in traditional watercolour (in greyscale) , and then used photoshop afterwards to add colour.
Thanks for the comments ^_^

Both of you should consider posting some of your finest work over on
http://www.deviantart.com/
I don't doubt you would find a following.

Amiolas Meiwalen, by LiaAmakiir

Watercolour and photoshop again
(Yay, I avoid the whip! )
Oh, and in reply to Cornelius, I actually have a (very small) http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/art/m/c/m ... ddock.html gallery at the moment (I don't know why, but DeviantArt never really appealed to me). The stuff on there that I haven't posted on this thread is almost a year older. I may consider applying for a gallery at Epilogue at some point, but whether I get accepted for there or not is another matter

Minotaur
School has made me fall behind in my drawing, but I finally got around to drawing a request. Someone asked me to draw a minotaur face that could be used as portrait, and I cannot remember who asked. I thought if I posted it here, whoever made the request might check this thread. I apologize for the size, but this drawing was larger than my last, and resolution is sharper when scaling down than up, so I thought I would leave sizing up to anyone who wanted to use this.

Re: Minotaur
Nice drawing, though I think it looks too kind... kind of a lawful good minotaur. I think its the eyes that does it.
Maybe if you invert the angle of the eyebrows, so that they bend slightly down over the eye instead of circling the eye *shrugs*, if you know what I mean....

Re: Minotaur
Yeah.. he looks cuddly
I tried to darken the eyes a bit in photoshop with moderate success.
