Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting

[Amirsyl]

I just picked up this book over the weekend and wanted to reiterate what Taraxa has posted here in reference to it.

This book has helped me develop my character immeasurably. It contains a wealth of information that is invaluable to understanding the Forgotten Realms setting, where your character is from, and even gives insight to the main plot line of The Vast.

I also recommend...

FR Races of Faerun
Players Handbook
FR Faiths and Pantheons (for any class that worships a god)

Above all, the Campaign setting is an extremely enlightening book. Thanks for the suggestion to pick it up. Thoroughly enjoyable, and worth every penny.
